What is this piece made of?
Each piece is handcrafted in 92.5 sterling silver, a precious metal chosen for its character, longevity and ability to age beautifully.
Can I request urgent or expedited delivery?
Yes. Contact customer support and we’ll confirm the fastest possible delivery option and any additional shipping charges.
Does sterling silver oxidise?
Yes. Authentic silver naturally oxidises over time. This is a characteristic of the metal, not a defect.
How do I clean my silver jewellery?
Use the silver-cleaning cloth provided with your order to gently polish away oxidation and restore its shine.
Can I use the silver-cleaning cloth on gold-plated jewellery?
No. The polishing cloth should only be used on silver-finish pieces, never on gold-plated surfaces.
Will gold plating fade over time?
Yes. Gold plating can naturally soften with wear, friction and exposure to moisture or chemicals.
Can I wear my jewellery in water?
We recommend removing your jewellery before bathing, swimming or entering the sea to preserve its finish.
How should I store my jewellery?
Store each piece separately in a dry place, away from moisture, perfume and direct sunlight.
Are handmade pieces identical?
No. As every piece is handcrafted, variations may occur, making each piece slightly individual.
When will my order arrive?
Your estimated shipping timeline will be calculated at checkout.
