Most of our products are handcrafted using traditional methods, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. We DO NOT accept exchange/return if the product varies slightly in terms of design or colour. All our products go through quality control before shipping.
Return or Exchange will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product, we urge you to inform us within 3 days of receiving it.
Steps to initiate an Exchange or Return:
- Notify us with an image of the product as received, to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving it.
- After analysing the issue, our team will send you a confirmation mail with the approval for the return.
- We will arrange for a return on mutually convenient return method..
- Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
We don't accept returns in the following cases:
- Incorrect or outdated address.
- Package refused by the recipient.
- Products returned are found to be used or in a damaged condition.
- Minor colour and design variation.
