Order processing

Every piece is handcrafted to order. We take 5 business days to make, quality-check and dispatch your order.

Delivery times, once your order has been dispatched

• Prepaid orders within India — 2–3 business days
• Cash on Delivery orders within India — 5–7 business days
• International orders — 6–9 business days

Shipping charges

• Within India — free on orders above ₹1,500. ₹150 on orders below ₹1,500.
• International — ₹1,500 on orders up to ₹14,000. ₹1,800 on orders above ₹14,000.
• United States — ₹2,000.

Customs and import duties

International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes on arrival. These are payable by the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping charge.

Delivery times may vary with your location and with public holidays. Cash on Delivery is available on domestic orders only.
