Every piece is handcrafted to order. We take 7–8 business days to make, quality-check and dispatch your order.

Delivery times, once your order has been dispatched

  • Prepaid orders within India — 3–4 business days
  • Cash on Delivery orders within India — 5–7 business days
  • International orders — 7–11 business days

Delivery times may vary with your location and with public holidays. Cash on Delivery is available on domestic orders only.

We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 7–8 business days and international deliveries typically arrive within 7–11 business days.

Shipping charges

  • Within India — free on orders above ₹1,500. ₹150 below.
  • International — ₹1,500 up to ₹14,000. ₹1,800 above.
  • United States — ₹2,000.

International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes on arrival. These are payable by the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping charge.

No refunds accepted for any reason, we only send a new piece for the purchase under the following conditions if notified within 3 days of the delivery.

--If you’ve received a wrong product.
--If the product is damaged during transit.

Please note: We do not allow any exchange or refund for any of our products in case you have chosen the wrong size or the wrong quantity.

We accept returns only if the product has been
damaged in transit or you have received the wrong order.

* The product should be unworn and in its original packaging for it to be eligible for exchange.

* The product must be returned within 3 days of delivery, after which the return or exchange is not eligible.

The Oblivion kurta buttons carry a star pattern laid between carved cloves. White kundan sits at the centre of each, and the form opens to hug an existing fastening. Named for the brief glimmer of unconsciousness that comes amidst pain.

Returns and refunds policy

Care

Avoid contact with water, perfume and chemicals. Store in a dry place when not in use, and polish gently with a silver cleaning cloth to restore the shine.
