Returns and exchange
We accept returns if the product was damaged in transit or you received the wrong item. Notify us at info@bhavyaramesh.com within 7 days of delivery, with images and your order details. The product should be unworn and in its original packaging.
- Within India — we cover the cost of return shipping.
- International — ship the item back to us and we will reimburse your return courier charge up to ₹2,000.
The original delivery charge on your order is not refunded. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
We are not able to exchange or refund a piece because the wrong size or quantity was chosen — please check your size carefully before ordering.
